Buying over the internet is easy with Babymel- don't like the colour? Wrong shape? We offer a free returns policy (UK only, excluding sale items)so you can return or exchange your bag with ease. Simply follow the instructions below within 28 days of receipt of bag. Please note we cannot refund your original postage, however any exchanges can be posted out for free.
How to Return
1. You must telephone 0207 284 2252 or e-mail (email@example.com) us to request a returns form and a free post label (which will be attached to the packaging).
2. Please repack the goods securely using the original packaging and include the completed
returns form. Attach the free post label and address to the outside of the packaging.
3. Please take your parcel to your nearest post office and obtain proof of postage.
4. We will e-mail you to confirm your package has been received. Please allow 21 working days after
we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods( but not the postage), or an exchange credit as required.
5. Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.
6. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
