Cost £2.95. Delivery will be by Parcel Force for all bags and by special delivery for all other items.
Please allow six working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery. If you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives, you can specify an alternative delivery address during the order process.
Sale Items will be delivered by Royal Mail standard post.
Next Day Delivery
Cost £5.00. Delivery will be by Parcel Force. If you order by 2pm we will send your goods to arrive the following working day. Orders placed on a Friday, Weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day to arrive the following day. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery. Please note that there is no Saturday delivery unless specifically requested.
If you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives, you can specify an alternative delivery address during the order process.
We can deliver to all BFPO addresses for standard UK charges.
Cost £7.95. Delivery will be by Euro 48. Please allow 15 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery.
Rest of the World
Cost £30.00. Delivery will be Royal Mail Airsure Service or Royal mail International Signed For. Please allow 15 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery.
You can return goods within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Sorry we do not provide a free returns service for overseas customers. Please follow the procedure set out below. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. All Babymel products are guaranteed for 6 months.
How to Return
1. You must telephone or e-mail (email@example.com) us to request packaging,
a returns form and a free post label (which will be attached to the packaging).
2. Please repack the goods securely using the packaging supplied.
3. Please take your parcel to your nearest post office and obtain proof of postage.
4. We will e-mail you to confirm your package has been received. Please allow 21 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods( but not the postage), or an exchange credit as required.
5. Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.
6. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
In order to process your order, we will require your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card details and a contact telephone number. We keep a record of this information and we will also keep records of any e-mails you send to us.
We do this to operate and improve the service we offer you. We may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our website. We will never pass on this information to a third party for marketing purposes.

Credit Card Security
Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent, Worldpay.com. We feel confident that credit/debit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct, but slight variations in the goods may occur.

Babymel’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Storksak to the customer. Storksak shall not be liable for any customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Babymel cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website. Customers statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
We cannot ensure that all items are available on ordering. If we are out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay.
